Dr. Meng received the BS and PhD degree in physics from Tsinghua University. Later he worked at the Purdue University and IBM Semiconductor R&D Center in the US. Dr. Meng’s expertise lies in carbon-based nano-materials such as carbon nanotube and graphene and their application in energy related fields. He has published 10+ peer-reviewed SCI papers with a total citation of 2000+ times and 20+ US and Chinese patents.
Dr. Chang graduated from Technical Institute of Physics & Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences majored in Refrigeration and Cryogenics. He has several years of research experience in developing the cryogenics helium system and the thermal analysis for superconducting magnets system. He was devoted to the research on the cryogenics and vacuum application for several 863 Projects and National Key Research and Development Projects as a main participant. He authored more than 10 papers and 10 patents.
Dr. Tian received the BS and PhD degree in physical electronics from Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences. His research is focused on new energy materials, and has rich experience in monocrystalline silicon, amorphous silicon, and new energy film materials of graphene and boron film. Dr. Tian has published 6 research papers in SCI and EI journals and been granted 15 patents.
Huilong QI earned his master’s degree in material science and engineering from University of Science and Technology Beijing. His research interests are focused on electronic materials and functional materials. Prior to joining ENN, he worked on the development of ceramic materials at GoerTek Co., Ltd., He has participated in several national and provincial government funded R&D projects and has been granted 10+ patents on new energy materials and devices.
